A Latvian residence permit valid for up to five years is available to:
- A person who has contributed at least 25,000 lats to the share capital of a Latvian limited company, provided the company pays a minimum of 20,000 lats to the central and local government in taxes during a business year;
- A person who owns one or more properties in Riga totalling at least 100,000 lats, or one or more properties outside Riga totalling at least 50,000 lats, provided the person has never fallen into arrears with real estate tax and all amounts have been paid by credit transfer;
- A person who has invested at least 200,000 lats in a Latvian bank by way of subordinated capital (subordinated loan or subordinated bonds) with a maturity of at least five years and no termination before maturity.

- Advising you on tax and immigration matters relevant to obtaining such a permit;
- Preparing required documents and going through formalities with Latvian authorities; and
- Representing you in dealings with government agencies.
